Leo Posted February 4, 2021 Share Posted February 4, 2021 I have a rowe 5900 snack machine the display is frozen, it's can take bill but no credit on it but don't take the coin, that's can't reset by door switch also the service mode not working, when I unplugged the power then plug the anything go working. AZVendor Posted February 4, 2021 Share Posted February 4, 2021 Unplug the coin mech and bill acceptor and then power it up again. If the display then works or it shows an error code then you probably have a bad coin mech or bill acceptor with my money on the coin mech being bad. If it still doesn't behave with those unplugged AND you can't enter the service mode at all then you have a bad logic board. That could be caused by bad or flickering lights in or near the machine.
