What's the best way to unload equipment / inventory after closing down?

Hey Vendiscuss,

Most of you won't remember me because I'm from the old days.

I closed my business years ago, but still have some inventory and machines. What's the best route for unloading them? Not trying to get top dollar, but I don't want to deal with shipping (which makes E-bay more difficult) and craigslist (at least previously) was pretty weak for Colorado Springs. I'm looking at around 20 toy machine triples and over 20,000 one-inch capsules with a much smaller amount of 2 inch. Also have some gumball single stands (mostly just stands without machines) and a handful of racks. For any of you who have dealt with second hand bulk toys, what's typical pricing? I'm assuming quality 1-inch toys fetch a second-hand value a bit under what first-hand mystery mix would command. Is that about right? Around $.04 to $.05 per cap (which is $10.00 to $12.50 per 250).

Appreciate any help.

Hey, long time no see.

You picked a helluva time to sell this stuff.

If you don’t wanna ship and there’s no local market then you are kinda stuck calling other local vendors and asking them to make an offer. But it will probably be very low.

Personally I’d eBay it and just deal with shipping.
