Local Deal, but missing keys. How hard will it be to replace keys? Pic included

So heres a local deal he wants $60. I figure thats $20 per head, and $20 for the stand plus whatever its gonna cost to get keys.

#1 this is an OK deal right? I'm not seeing too much better right now

#2 how hard are my options on keys? Should I drill out the lock mechanisism, (hour) and replace with new locks (what are those $5-$10?) or does anyone recognize the machine and the keys I would need?

I would suggest not buy this or any deal with wood stands unless you have a fireplace. Just my opinion of wood stands.

Locks are not too big of a deal but you do need to take that into consideration here. If it were a big 6 column sticker/tattoo machine worth alot more money then it would be worth more of your time and money to drill out the locks and put new ones on. When you start with a cheap machine to begin with then locks become a higher percentage of over all cost and you might not want to spend the time.

I agree with pdavid and look for another deal.
