BenFire
Hi everyone, My name is Ben and I work for the Fire & Rescue Service here in the North of Scotland. We have a Dixie Narco 276e cold drinks vending machine in our fire station. The vending machine was purchased second hand by our sports and social club. The machine is in our break room and is basically there to allow Firefighters to buy cold drinks. The unit price is kept low and any profit goes towards the children's Christmas party. I volunteered to take over restocking the vending machine about 18 months ago and have since become more interested in the workings of the machine and vending in general. I hope to be able to learn some trouble shooting and basic maintenance skills from this forum so that I can save us some money going forward. Regards Ben (the vendor lol)
Vendo Mike
Welcome to Vending Ben and thank you for being on the front line in your area to help your community. That isn't as common as it should be any more. I've only been contributing to this forum for about 8 months but can attest to the fact that you'll find all the help you need. I would start by just reading some of the posts as most questions you will have will have been asked and answered somewhere in there. That said, feel free to ask away in the Food and Beverage vending section to get the quickest replies.
