I need help creating contracts where can I go for that?

Currently I’m trying to start my first vending business and I need help creating a contract that can ensure that the commission I pay my location isn’t to be changed.

Contracts are pretty much confidential, even here.  There are some simple vending agreement forms in the download section.   I'm not sure where your concern about changing commission comes in; yes you should have it in writing so both sides are clear about the terms.
