Bulk Candy Permits In Ohio?

Hello fellow vendors! Just wondering if anyone knows if you need any special permits to vend bulk candy in the state of Ohio. I’ve looked all over the Internet, but the government has a great way of making the wording so complicated that it basically means nothing lol.

Reading this (section 9B) it appears there is no special license needed.

There is a contact button on that page that you could probably email the specific question to if you wanted reassurance. I would also look at other bulk vending machines in the area to see if they have any type of permit on the machines. If they don't you're probably good.
