Hi folks,

I just want to share my experience with Steve at Super Pro Vending.  I recently purchased 2 new single DI machines with gum. 

I reached out to Steve via email a few months ago and was pleased to find his sales approach was low pressure.  The two of us went back and forth with Q & A's for some time.

I let Steve know that I am a new member with VENDiscuss but am quite sure a discount was not applied as the price I received was not nearly as nice as the price offered under "Dentyne Ice Special Buys" here on the forum.    

My purchase price $182 per machine with 3lbs of gum (ea) and shipping.

I took 3 full weeks for complete delivery.  I emailed Steve after 2 weeks requesting a shipping tracking number.  At this time, Steve informed me of a problem with my shipment and apologized for the delay.  This was of little trouble to me, however, good customer service would have included a courtesy email to me when a delay in shipment was discovered. 

Otherwise, I am please with the actual product and am excited to locate them.  I plan to use Kickstart Locators and will give you some feedback when appropriate.

PS - I am in the market for used DI machines and parts, if anyone is looking to sell.

Good to see you on VENDiscuss, I'm sure you'll learn a lot here -- very good group of operators. With regards to your comments, I must appologize for the miscommunication (or my not listening well enough) regarding your membership on this forum. Let's find a way to make up for the discount I do provide for members here. I do need to contact Steve C. re: the offer still on the site as I believe that was from a special subsidy promo involving Cadbury, which happens from time-to-time, but does not reflect normal discount opportunities outside of those periodic subsidy programs. My appologies for missing this.

And as most who have worked with us on this forum can attest to, we are normally very responsive and strive to get orders on there way as quickly as possible -- usually within 24-48 hours of the order. As you know, we had a very uusual and unfortunate situation occur where our product order from Cadbury arrived over three weeks late, leaving us literally without DI product for that amount of time.

Again, my sincere appologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. I do hope the locations you acquire more then make up for the wait.

Sounds fantastic, thank you for your response. I agree with you that this forum is full of knowledgeable people and a wealth of useful information.  SuperPro came highly recommended to me by many here.

Congrats Vanessa!! Best of luck to you. I apologize for not getting back to you regarding used DI machines. I have had to use a few parts from them to maintain others that are located.

Thanks, T Bird, I appreciate kudos coming from you!  ;-)  And no problem about the equipment.  If you decided to lay it off in the future, however, just let me know.
