I started of with great experiences as well... back in 2008. Took a break and am now trying to place machines again. I thought since I good experiences with them before, things would be the same today. Unfortunately, that's not the case.. I have been to 3 locations in a row, a. had no idea i was coming and b. did not authorize it. One of them didn't even have an employee who worked there with the contact name given to me. Now that I think about it, enough is enough! I am going to request a refund. Not exactly sure how to do this since I used my debit card for the purchase.
