Thoughts on a combo machine

Hello all, I’m very new to vending. I already have 1 location with a Dixie narco drink machine and an AP snack machine that is doing well.

I came across a Crane National 474 that I’m interested in buying. I figure it’s a good compromise for a slightly slower foot traffic office. I do realize that I can only stock cans, which is a limitation.

I wanted to see if you had experience with a machine like this (or similar such as lcm4) and if it’s worth buying. I’ve heard combos can be a headache. reliability is also a concern.

If it’s slow enough to “justify” a combo then it’s slow enough not to bother with snacks for. Soda only or just skip the account.

Forget it unless it’s free and you have space and time for it.  Today people want Gatorade, Red Bull and monsters among other things that can’t be sold out of it.
