NickyG
Hi guys, just purchased a vending machine and everything is working fine apart from the Nayax card reader isn’t displaying the same price that the machine is set to, if I select a product for 1.69 for example then go to pay the card reader says £1.00. Anyone have any ideas? The machine is a snakky max. cheers
Southeast Treats
Is it displaying the price or the credit preauthorization?

tblake05
That’s odd. Mine doesn’t display that. In the online site, there’s a spot to force firmware update somewhere. Maybe try that. If that doesn’t work, may have to call nayax tech support. Make sure you have 2 hours when you do it.
AngryChris
If you have a board with dual prices such as an inone board, you'll have to turn dual prices off so that the cash price is same as card price.
Southeast Treats
And of course your programming in the UK may be different than ours in the US. I'm thinking that you might need to change a setting such as pre-authorization to post-authorization.
