New and lost

Hi there!

I am taking care of a Vendo V-Max 540  soda machine, I have no clue what to do. The red "empty" light is on, yet there is soda in the column. 

I turned the machine off and back on.

I unloaded and reloaded the soda.

I moved the back shim forward a little.

there are no cans in the bottom and I don't know how to get the 'bucket" to spin to allow cans into the very bottom cage to be dispensed. 

I tried to put cans in from the bottom and they just fall out. 

Any ideas would be great!

Please just pay a tech to show you how the machine works.  I posted the manual for you but if you can't figure it out from that you plainly need someone to show you.  You're doing everything wrong and it would take volumes to teach the machine to you online.
