Shadawn
Hello, I just entered the wonderful world of vending Machine. I recently bought a second hand Sielaff FS 2000 and encounter some issues with the Coin mechanism (Cashflow 690 Series from DFX) The coin mechanism has no error message or anything but as I put coins directly in it (or through regular machine) it just reject the coin. When I use the float mode to check, it recognize well the value of each coin but keeps on rejecting them. Have you any idea please? Thanks a lot, Regards,
Vendo Mike
In float mode, you're setting a Par level (min/max). If that max level is set to zero (or below what it thinks is in inventory), it should reject them. If the mech set to the proper coin type and float level set correctly, you'll need to verify that the machine it's on is "enabling" to accept money. If the machine believes it's "sold out", it will reject everything because there's nothing to sale. If the machine door is open, it will likely disable the mech as it's in "service mode". Does the mech display or give a flash code saying "disabled from system"? Also, if your price is set to free or "$0.00", there would be no reason for the mech to accept money.
