Treasure Chest Crane Help!

Hi everyone! Just got a treasure chest claw machine. And I need help in several aspects, I cannot find a manual, or any ID for the board. And the claw itself is acting up. I want to start with the board. I’ll post pictures of everything I have.

1st pic is the board 

2nd pic (may be posted below this)is the claw “transition” spot. Right at that point with the machine on, claw is half open/half closed. Any farther right and the claw is closed all the time, any farther left and the claw is always open. Regardless of whether the claw is down or up.
