Brayden
I recently have had a problem with my mars bill acceptor series 2000. It won’t take anything past 3 dollars. I will put in the first two and then on the 3rd it will get jammed. Would anyone know how to fix this issue?
Gizmo Vending
Might be a belt issue.
Technivend
If it is an actual bill jam check the stacker. If the 3rd bill is going into escrow, what is the highest price set in the machine?
Brayden
The highest price in the machine is 4.50.
Vendo Mike
Sounds more like the DBV is escrowing the final bill but a $4.50 vend price shoots that down (as long as that price is confirmed). Otherwise, MEI dbvs will give a flash code error to help. You should make sure the bill box isn't too full to stack the final bill. Does it credit the jammed bill? Take the bill box off and share a pic of the exposed bill path. From there we can see if the bill jammed or it's its simply "in escrow".
