Zachsea
Have a bevmax 4 coke version that either has an issue or isn’t programmed properly time wise for the rotating delivery chute. I’d say the door takes 10 seconds to open then 10 to close which could irritates folks on their breaks. My question is is there a programming protocol to set how long the door takes to open and close or what could the issue possibly be?
AZVendor
You mean the time it takes from first movement to last movement on open and also on close? Then you have a bad motor, or it's horribly gummed up but then I would think you get an error.

Once inside it takes 10 seconds to open so the customer can grab their drink then another 10 to close back and be ready to vend again. No errors come up on the screen also. No sticky syrup visibly present and machine has been doing this since coke delivered it for us.
Popular Post AZVendor
Then it's probably just a bad door motor. I doubt that the logic board even monitors the time it takes so it may not trigger an error for that reason. Have Coke fix it for you.
