Not compatible with that machine. he can check rssi on the reader to check cell reception. otherwise that’s the message they show when the machine disables them or they can’t communicate over mdb. op can also check if there is a setting on the machine to enable a card reader. Appreciate the help🙏🏼 RS-800 is definitely capable of reader. Confirm you don't have the RC-800 which is not? Assuming it is in fact RS-800 then I'll leave it to someone with more experience.
