USA Technologoies- Vendo 720 PW error

Has any come across this error when trying to Dex with USA Technologies and Vendo 720

"ePort DEX- SC82, EC52: Incorrect password"

Did it work previously and stop?  Were any settings changed in the telemeter or board?

Nothing changed, but all of a sudden i stopped getting cash sales reports, I just ran a report for the past 30 days, This is the first error that I received on March 24th

 

EA1*EK2M*230324*1639***ePort DEX- SC85, EC46: Password sent, VMC did not respond.

 

This is the error that I get today

"ePort DEX- SC82, EC52: Incorrect password"

Maybe kill power, check all connections and power back on to see if everything clears up from there.  Based on the error, it seems like the telemeter / board no longer agree on the password for the handshake.  Anything changed on the system side?

Vendo machines won't DEX with the door open with existing errors logged, but they will DEX with the door closed. Check that the door switch is working and clear any errors.

I've never seen that specific error, but my comments are true.
