Heafy23
I recently set up a Nayax cashless system for my VCM-3000 and now it's showing that there's a $20 credit on the machines screen and it won't let me change any prices to anything less than $20. I've looked at the manual and followed the instructions but had no luck. Does anyone have any ideas about what I could be doing wrong?

AZVendor
Chinese junk as I mentioned in your other post, though operators in Australia or New Zealand might have seen it.
Chad Oz
Hi Heafy, You say you can't change prices to anything less than $20. Can you change it to more than $20? Have you changed prices on this machine before? Are you saying the price of everything in the machine changed by itself? Maybe you could try unplugging the Nayax and see if it works again. If it's still playing up, I would say it's the keypad or the board.
Heafy23
Thanks so much for your help Chad. I was able to reset if to default setting and luckily it was all good after that. What a relief eve sure. I had put a decent amount of money into getting it ready for use and for some product.
Chad Oz
Good stuff you got lucky. The Americans don’t understand the Chinese machines are now becoming more popular then the American made machines here in Australia. The Chinese machines have proven to be very reliable and most operators can’t see the value in spending the extra dollars for the American made machines
AZVendor
It's become obvious that you folks down under will have much more access to the orient machines and then, with a large installed base, have more resources for them, hopefully. That won't happen here so when we see a machine question like this the same response will be that it's imported junk - to us. When folks don't bother to say or put in their signature where they are located it's hard to tell if they are in the US or not.
