Yert42
First off I’m new to vending this is my first new to me machine. It was set up for bottles so I converted it using the d&s 12oz can kit. Went by what the door instructions said brown cam at 1, can shim, back spacer at 13, and rod in middle hole. My issue now is it will vend 1 can and then the next time it will be in 2 cans and then the next time it will be in 1can and sometimes it will vend zero cans not sure if that order though. I didn’t know if there was a certain way I needed to load the cans. Do they need to go in the rotor or does it matter if the rotor is not a the open position to put cans in. I know the cans go top toward the back And 3 deep. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Edited April 14, 2023 by Yert42
Gizmo Vending
Are all columns doing this or just a certain column? When changing the cams you are to move the cam clockwise only.

Gizmo Vending
You’ll have to remove cams, turn the bottom cam 180 degrees from where it was, put the top cam back and then turn clockwise to the correct setting and test vend.

Gizmo Vending
Remove the top or 1st cam, then take the bottom cam and turn it 180 degrees from where it is currently

AZVendor
Since it can be a PITA to remove the rear cams and since it sounds like you remove your motors for some reason that then allowed the rotors to spin 180 degrees out of time, I would remove the motor again from a problem column and flip the rotor 180. Do that on any that are 180 out of time.
