USI Elevator machine

Hi guys I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this issue I have encountered and cannot fix. The machine is a USI elevator 2014 model. 

We can't get 7 out of the 10 selections on the 4th tray to work. I don't think it is a board or harness issue, have swapped them plus they all work in test mode. 

This machine has this Icart thing but we haven't got a manual or cannot find the right one online. I feel like you must need to to set up the selections somehow in there but I'm not sure how this can be done. Any help from anyone will be so much appreciated.

Yes, I’m not familiar with a usi elevator model.

See if you have a "motor count" option in your service menu; if so, run that.  It may pick up the missing motors.

The model is a 3561 - ST5000

It does have motor count and picks them up but once you shut the door those selections are not available.

Unfortunately I can't find a manual for the iCart feature anywhere. I feel like the answer may be found there
