DEX Reads?

Hey everyone, 

 

Does anyone know how to set DEX reads up on their machines? I have what I assume to be the male DEX plug running into the VMC on a couple of my machines, but I still get the "DEX fail" notification through Nayax. Are there internal settings I need to change in the machine itself? I imagine DEX will be useful for keeping track of things like the amount of coins in the mech. 

 

For reference, I have Crane National 157s, Dixie Narco 276e's & a 5591, and a TVC VC Combo machine.

Download button in lower right corner. The 157s must have the readers turned on in the machine config menu as well as 158.23 or higher EPROM. The other machines have minimum software requirements as well
