USI icart touchscreen keypad reset

I have a USI 3575 snack machine with a touchscreen keypad on it. Does anyone know how to reset it? If you make a selection, it displays a picture of a product and says how many calories. But I am not filling with same inventory so it doesn't match up. Just want to reset it so it doesn't display any pictures of the items. When I press Cart menu, it says to enter admin code and I tried USI keypad default pw of 2314 as stated in manual, but it didn't work.

If anyone knows how to reset great. If not I will just order a new standard button keypad to replace touchscreen

Wow. Im having exactly the same problem. I have some ideas but it seems no one even USi (vendnet) can give me a straight forward answer

Yup I got a call back from Vendnet and talked to them over the phone. They said they have been unable to figure it out either and many people are having this issue. Going to just order a kit and switch to regular keypad

Thank you for the menu code I will give it a shot

When I spoke to Vendnet they said pretty much everyone except for 2 or 3 guys have only been there for a few years and they have only been trained on the new current stuff.

@OVend if you want to get rid of those pictures, this might sound strange but if you the turn the machine off, disconnect the DEX CORD and power it up (it takes a while to startup), the icart will loose it's memory and the pictures and info will disappear. But let me warn you, it looks pretty horrible just a white space where the image would normally be placed.  I did this today!

Definitely get a keypad onto it if you can, it makes it look so much better then that outdated looking UI of the iCart.

Super easy job to swap too.

I purchased a conversion kit and swapped out the touchscreen icart with the standard braille keypad. But now when I make a selection, the new display screen is displaying the same programmed selections from the icart with calories and fat info etc. tried unplugging dex and still doing it. Any idea?
