AP 6600 snack machine - Money return not working

coin mech= coinco 9300

My snack machine will accept bills and coins but will not refund the money if I press the return button. I tried opening the machine and manually pressing the coin return lever but still nothing happens. The coin mech has power and half full of coins in each tube. Coins come out when  press the inventory switches. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? 

Im hoping there's a setting or something other than just a faulty coin mech...

Bill Validator Mode Switch on page 10.  Set PRICE #2 correctly for your needs.

If this still doesn't work then you have a bad coin mech that isn't detecting the coin return press.

I switched the coin mech and all good now. thanks!
