Hunbun
I have a Dixie narco that says vend/sold our for one slot but it's not sold out. What could be causing this.
Vendo Mike
Is the product being loaded so that it's pulled completely forward in the column and fully depressing the sold out paddle? If so, possibly a faulty sold out switch. The harness could be slightly unplugged at the board or wire cut between the board and switch. Should be easy to track down with a meter. If memory serves, there is a test for the sold out paddles in the service mode.
Gizmo Vending
Paddle switch could not be pressed in enough, you can check that by pressing it in with your hand some more to see if that works. Also check to make sure the wiring harness is connected to the motor. Could also be a jammed column but the display would usually say try another selection. AngryChris
Usually this is caused by too much distance between the product and the paddle or a bad sold out switch
AZVendor
Or a bad motor switch.

AZVendor
It will also say sold out if the motor was off home. But then the motor would home itself when you opened the door too. But his problem is probably the rear spacer setting as was said.
