RV 660-9 Column Issue

Hello everyone,

Having an issue with column 11 on my RV 660. It was empty but I put water in it 20oz Dasani to double up my supply as I am selling a lot of water these days. Column 4 vends the Dasani no issues for months. Column 11 however will double or even  drop 3 bottles. Both columns are programed the same way and both rod and cam settings are the same. STD and STS are correct. 

The miss drops happen like clock work on the 7th vend of column 11 during the 'TEST' mode and also using coins or bills.

All the other columns beside and around #11 drop as they should so Im not sure if its a sensor issue. I think it has to do with the mechanism but this is where I am stuck.  Have tried only half filling the column as well and same issue.

Move some 12 or 16 oz cans to that column and put the bottles in a middle front column.  The drop sensor isn't too sensitive in the back corners and might not detect the bottle as it eases out of the column.
