KDVENDING
My bc 10 motor isn’t working. Service mode only shows 9/10 motors working all the connections are good and I tried it without anything in the slot just says 12no. The motor is #12 and when I test vend it says 12no

Popular Post tblake05
Yes you would swap the motors around to see if the problem follows. my next step would be to use an ohm meter and test continuity between the motors plug and control board. if that checks out, try a new motor. They’re only like 40.00 and easy to change. 1
AZVendor
Just replace the motor. They do go bad. Keep in mind that to do that you must empty both front and rear columns because the rod that goes through both motors has to be pulled out from the rear rotor and you can't have front cans in the way. Then you unplug the motor, release the wiring and tip the rear of the rotor up to pull the motor free from it's locating pin. Install is the reverse and it doesn't matter what position the rotor is in. Be sure you don't lose the bushing from the back of the rotor.
