5591 problems

so i just got a Dixie Narco DN5591 at a location and its not level at all how do i fix? Also i put drinks in but stuff wont vend i see and hear the bottle drop system trying to do its thing what am i doing wrong

Way way to vague. You don't know how to turn the levelers on the bottoms of your legs?  You don't know how to read the setup diagrams inside the coin door part of the cabinet?
