Southeast Treats
I have a National 147 with a VE upgrade board. The board has been installed for several years and no issues, but now the machine has started jackpotting product. It started with just one item on the bottom row, now it's the entire shelf. Have not yet be able to recreate the issue but the customers are returning the excess product so it's a real thing. Customer inserts cash, selects item, the selection vends multiple items and return the credit. The machine does not have a vend sensor. I'm thinking bad board, any other suggestions? Thanks. Gizmo Vending
I would say bad board. First I would call VE though.
Gizmo Vending
Also check voltage from the wall.
cvending
Check your settings to make sure the sure vend option is off. Then do a RAM clear and reset the machine
AZVendor
Bad logic board. Remember, he has a VE board now, not a National board.
