MaxCoinVending
Hey does anyone have QR codes on their machines? I am looking to set some up but I am not too sure how to go about it so I would like some direction.
allen watson
I do. I use a company named AirVote. They set everything up for a fee. Check them out at air-vote.com Customers can send a happy, so so or sad votes anonymously. They can also add photos, call back numbers and suggestions. It’s been really nice getting the feedback from my locations. https://air-vote.com Edited August 16 by allen watson
MaxCoinVending
How much does it cost? My main idea is I want them to scan that if their product doesn’t dispense. Can it do that? My next idea would be if they request a product.
allen watson
The yearly fee depends on how many people use them and the QR codes themselves were $300 for 100. They are very high quality decals. I think my first year was 350.00 plus the $300 for the decals. You get so many votes before they charge you.

MaxCoinVending
Thanks for the suggestion I would prefer something I don’t have to pay a subscription for. I am thinking of trying out a QR code that redirects to a Google forms. Then I get an email every time someone fills it out.
AZVendor
Then google that. I'm sure there are free apps out there that will create QR codes. You might have to do some programming though. Nothing is really free, you know.
MaxCoinVending
All I want to do is put a QR sticker on my machine that when scanned it goes to a form they fill out saying they did not received their product, or they are requesting a certain product. Etc. I don’t plan on using it for purchase or anything like that.
AZVendor
You're afraid to have them call you? No personal touch for you?
MaxCoinVending
No. Conflict of interest with my full time job. I want to keep it separate for now.

They redirect to my contact page on my website. Used UPrint.com, was about $100 for 100 of their stickers. Sounds like what you are looking for. vendsoft
Hello. I am Luben from VendSoft. Our software has a QR code generator. The QR code, when scanned, will open a simple web form that will allow your customers to request refunds, report issues with the machine, or request a new product. They can also attach a photo of the machine and provide their phone and/or email. All Vendiscuss members will receive a 30% discount on any subscription plan.
