Bizzarro
I got a message from one of my operators today saying that the machine randomly turned off. The machine is plugged in and has been working perfectly for two weeks but all of the sudden today it just randomly shut off. The operator said he checked the breakers and nothing seemed to be wrong there & he said it was still plugged in. Any ideas on what could have caused this? The machine doesn’t have a on/off switch, it just plugs in and immediately turns on.

AZVendor
A crappy machine to be sure. What do you mean by "one of my operators?" Do you mean one of your locations? Or one of your drivers? Or do you lease machines out? Or do you sell these crappy machines? In any event, since you say there is no on/off switch in it (again, a sign of a poorly designed machine), there is probably a power cord plugged into your power supply like on the back of a computer. If so, it has probably come loose.
Bizzarro
Yeah one of my locations, sorry I’m fairly new to this business. I’ll check the coord myself tomorrow when I go out there. I’ve read up on Seaga machines and the hate towards them since I’ve been in this group. I bought them all before I joined sadly and was unaware of their reputation. I was able to get them all for only $2000 brand new still in box so I’m hoping to at least make that back on each of them within the next year before the problems start hitting.
