Machine is on a 15 amp breaker and the sticker on the inside says 9amp is the power pull of the machine. It keeps tripping any breaker the machine gets plugged into. But it happens days even weeks later and it’s at a different time when they trip. Any ideas? It’s been on 3 different breakers and it’s tripped everyone of them but not instantly, days or even weeks later is when it trips

It is a frozen machine so it needs to be on a 20A breaker, not 15A.  Keep in mind that a hot compressor will pull more current on a restart.  Breakers always need to be oversized for the draw on the circuit.  You compressor probably spikes at 18-20A sometimes on a restart and that will trip a breaker if the breaker is working properly.

Any reason why it spikes? It has a new air filter as well

Have you cleaned the condenser?  It can spike just from heat and possibly the position that the compressor rotor is in when it tries to start.  That could trigger a higher starting current for just a moment.  This is why you need a 20A circuit.
