Hey everybody so just picked up a 22 e350 16’ cube truck to run routes from and have some questions on shelving. Looking to get some ideas on who makes the best metal shelves and a good shelving design from pictures if possible to get some ideas going. Thanks!

We built our own with wood.  They were shelves that ran the length of each side with some dead space at the back of each side for trash and other stuff.  We did three shelves on each side.  All were angled down toward the box sides to keep everything on the shelves.  The bottom shelf was built on a wood frame to support all the soda, the second one was high enough to clear stacks of soda below it and was at about waist height.  That held all of the candy and snacks.  The top shelf was for cases of cups, extra overflow products and odds and ends.  We ran reefer units and so we also insulated the sides, roof and under the box with spray foam.  Put plywood siding over the sides and roof after shaving the foam down.  We ran the refrigeration off the engines (we ran Isuzu NPR 14' with engine driven compressors on our diesel engines).  That allowed the trucks to run all day long with the reefers running all day during the summers.  Cold food was in ice chests and fresh pastry (who does that nowadays?) was stacked on our snack shelving.  We had roll top safes bolted to the floor at the front of the boxes.  Sorry, no pics.  This was back in the 90s and 00s.
