Restoring this machine and I did change the color so don’t jump on me please . I’m close to having it working but I can’t desire on the dump valves I need to use to replace the old ones

Pics of the inside and the water valves would help.  You're probably going to be on your own here but you might be able to use an AP/RMI or a National valve depending on the tank plug size.
