Interested in getting into the vending machine business in NYC. Need some business advice please!

Hi all! As the title states I am located in NYC and am interested in eventually having my own vending machine. I would like some advice on the how best to start. I currently have a full-time job and would like to just start with one machine just get to get the ball rolling. I have been watching Youtube videos and reading books about getting started. Some people just buy a machine and some people open an LLC. My questions are: is it better to just buy one machine or open an LLC? If I choose to just buy one for now and then open an LLC later, can I incorporate that one machine into the LLC? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Also, does anyone know how to find some in-person vending machine business-specific workshops? Thank you everyone!
