Is the control board bad?

On the snack machine I just bought I went through all the wireing and found no broken wires. The 24V transformer is putting out 26V and there is 115V to the bill validator and coin changer. The display shows nothing and no lights. The coins just drop into the return.

My best guess is the control board is bad. Anyone have a opinion?

Where are you measuring the 24v, at the board?

When you say no lights do you mean the flourescent lamp?

What is the actual make and model of the machine?

It is a snack shop 2 model 430 made by automatic. The lights Im talking about is the small lights like the make another selection light or use correct change. The little LCD dispaly also shows nothing.

I cheched the transformer at the transformer. Ill go follow the 24V wires and double check and make sure the power is getting to the control board.
