joebob051977
It sounds like a pretty nice rack to me. I love this forum. I can talk about someone's rack all day and my wife doesn't get offended. Although, my wife does pull me away from looking at racks. "Yes Joe, they are vending machines, come-on we've got to go." ...sigh
kai1836
Thanks even though I'm only putting out 5 heads right now hopefully I can get into some bigger racks when I have more money. It sucks though, the bigger the rack the more money you need! An instance where work mimics life...........
kai1836
Kelly, Yes I have a good family restaurant its going in. I'm still converting and upgrading off of the rout I bought over the summer. I figure I can at least double the revenue just by upgrading what I already have. It sucks though, the bigger the rack the more money you need! An instance where work mimics life...........in my experiance the 5 way racks are much easier to place.space is the main issue.it also takes a good location to justify a bigger machine
Jax Snacks
I would have a sticker machine on top rather than two 2-inch offerings. If the 45mm balls do not sell, then try Sticky Hands from A&A. The experts tell me that 45mm superballs sell best in a stand alone machine rather than a rack. If the 1-inch tattoos on the bottom do not sell, then try a sticky mix or zoo mania or mystery mix or even skittles. IMO, diversity is a key component to rack success and each head should represent a distinct "family line". Have fun. Jax
kai1836
Jax, Thank you. I might shoot for a sticker & 1 2" perhaps. I appreciate the advice.
PLAYTOWINBOB
hy, if you have a aa or nw rack look into putting a wing on the side. these work great and you could use r-l side, depending on placement or both. i sometimes put a sticker machine on 1 side, and extra cap machine or whatever you think will help your sales and grow as your location picks up. pdavid
What exactly does a wing look like? I have some metal doohickies that came with a bunch of racks I bought and wondering if they are wings?
Quarter Master
Pdavid, A "wing" or extension is used to mount a single machine on the side of a rack. Looks something like this:
