How much is a used USI 6 select soda worth?

I'm looking to make my first purchase.  The machine is a USI 6 select can/bottle machine. The seller says the machine is about 4 years old. Its on location, grossing about $100 a month.  Asking $1300 OBO....how much should I offer

I'd offer him 500-700 for the machine in good condition and everything working. Then find a better place to put it. At 100/month the location has little additional value. If you are at 50% on your cost-of-goods and then sales tax and lets say 20 cost to service once a month you net around 25 a month @ 600 price you are looking at 24 months to return your investment at that location. Not great, but acceptable.
