sterling Posted October 10, 2009 Share Posted October 10, 2009 Yesterday I went to collect from a .50 machine. To my surprise there was only ONE QUARTER in the machine for six weeks! What the bleep! Some yahoo put in a quarter and a calculator battery in the coin mechansim. The quarter went through but the battery jammed the mechanism rendering it useless until I came back to fix it 6 weeks later. That was only the beginning of a rash of thefts broken machines and other common problems for the day. I guess the more machines you have the more problmes you'll encounter. The good news is the gross sales for this collection round is the best I've ever done, so I guess I can't complain too much. a person would rather damage a machine if their quater is taken, rather then just being grown up about it, and say, it happens, and move on.
