cavity
Ok, so I replied to an eBay listing the other day, asked the seller(Joe) a Q and he responded. I asked if I could come to his place and see the equipment/product before I buy. He says "sure, call and we'll set a day and time". Forward to this afternoon. Jacksonville FL, @ 2 hour drive from where we live(Jax-Bud read on!) I arrive at his 5000sq/ft warehouse with loading dock in a kind of crappy neighborhood. Walk up the steps and look inside the open warehouse door.....Holy Sh!t Vending Mecca! ...His business partner has another warehouse and rented it to a BIG vending co. that moved from NY to FL. The vending owner stopped paying rent for 6 months and bailed on them so, they gave him notice and repo'd all the stuff in there and moved it to this (Joe's) warehouse where I see all this stuff... Wish I had a camera!! NW and Beaver Racks -new and used, Beavers(Southern and 2" capsule machines -NEW!), NW's plastic S60's and glass -new/used, Oak -used, Shootin Hoops knock off, big $1 Bouncy Ball machines(@6), Huge "Old Navy" 2" cap, 5' tall machines(6)- new, blood pressure/pulse machines- new, NW Tripleplays-new, some weird triples with 2" caps in middle and candy/gum on sides(looks like 1 800 but much bigger) green and red like 1 800, 100's of Camlock locks and keys-new, PARTS, PARTS, PARTS!!! milk crates and boxes full of parts. I would have to say there were hundreds of coin mechs(NW and Beaver), candy wheels, GB wheels(metal and plastic), capsule wheels to fit NW Beaver and the gray Chinese you all want for 1 800 and others. A&A machines, parts etc... This is the most crazy sh!t I have ever seen. Lids, globes, bases, rods, plexiglass for the capsule machines, chutes...on and on and on... Did I mention the sticker machines yet? No, well he has them too. And cases of stickers up to my eyeballs. Tattoos... Again, this place is 5000sq/ft. I would have to say that half the warehouse or more was covered in vending stuff, some of it above my head. Ok, so now for product!! I can't even come up with words to describe the quantity folks. Bags turn to cases, cases to boxes and boxes to pallets. You all know the boxes that pumpkins come in at the grocery store or at Sam's club, huge, right?? Multiply that by dozens or hundreds. It was unbelievable! Bouncy balls(all sizes), stickers, jewelery, bang bags, homey type of figurines, mystery mixes, can't write it all here. More sh!t than I know how to describe to you all. All from China, India, Taiwan. Ordinarily, I keep my mouth shut and buy from eBay and Craigslist like most of you. But this is THE MOTHER LOAD. I couldn't buy or sell all this stuff in a lifetime. I bought a bunch of stuff today(enough to fill my car) and thought I would share my find with all of you. I told this guy I would post his # here and then realized he would be overwhelmed with calls. So, he thought it would be better to just list his email. He has been sorting through the stuff to see what he has for 5 weeks and is still not done. Now....., he does not exactly know what the stuff is really worth and wants to get rid of it as fast as possible(my estimate, it would take a year or 3). He is getting a bunch of pricing info on eBay and is catching on BUT, he has sooooo much of this stuff that I don't think it matters to him. He wouldn't be able to list 1/1000 of it. I would suggest to make him offers on what you want. I left today with my car full of machines + bags of mixes + a case of bouncy balls(basically free) + a bag full of parts/wheels + sticky mixes + 2500 1.1" caps ++++ all for a low, low, low price. I will probably go back on a day off in the next few weeks to buy some more product. I will need to take a truck next time. I am not getting anything from this guy for posting here, just want to give you the same opportunity that I found. I did tell him that I would post on THE "internet site for vending" (didn't give him the website though). Hope all this is usefull to you. I'f you need some more info from me just let me know. His name and email is Joe Moffo <sales@southeasterncontractor.com> I'm still amazed!

cavity
Joe Moffo <sales@southeasterncontractor.com> I did some research. The company was called B&E Novelties, they were out of West Babylon, Long Island, just to the east of you TBird. They moved down here to FL and pretty much went belly up. This guy had to repo all the stuff in the warehouse.
lak20019
Oh my...that sounds very enticing! If you wouldn't mind answering, about how cheap are the machines? I think I'll have to pay him a visit...

cavity
I spoke with the seller, Joe, today. He said that a few of you had emailed him and have been buying product. I'm happy knowing that some of you have taken advantage of this incredibly great deal. Just surprised that most of you that sell BB, toy mixes, Capsules(1.1 + 2"), stickers, tats, etc... haven't contacted him. I guess I'm just a bit curious as to why most of you wouldn't want to make 800%-1200% on some of your vending machines?
cavity
A few pics to show the massive quantity of product. In pics #4&5, each bag in those cartons contains 2500 1.1"capsules!
The Mage
Is he shipping, or pick up only? I am assuming this is pick up only, as I cannot see him shipping this stuff out.
cavity
Shipping? of course he does, a small bag to a pallet. However, I know now of 2, maybe 3, people that are VERY interested in the purchase of the entire warehouse. As of this coming weekend it may all be gone. Again, I am still surprised that not a lot of vendors here on VD took advantage over the past few weeks.

davidsurvz
I keep saying there are a lot of deals out there you just have to be patient and ready to act when the opportunities arise. There really are super cheap and even free machines / product out there. You just have to look and be patient. This really was the mother load though. Nice find. Thanks for telling everyone about this. If I had any room at home I would have bought something. I am just finishing up another good deal right now and I promised myself no more stuff until I get my machines out.
pdavid
I bought a pallet full of Joe's stuff, thanks for the tip, Cavity! I wish I would have bought more now that it's all gone. He was practically giving it away. :'(

Mercury
Unless his stuff "in person" was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than on Ebay, there were no bargains there. At least nothing of what he posted on ebay was any sort of bargain at all. Merc
cavity
Should have emailed him, but I think it's too late now. We need everyone to keep their eyes and ears open for he benefit of the entire group here. If you can't capitalize on the merchandise, you can at least let others know, who can. Maybe the buyer will throw you a bone for the scouting every now and then, you never know? We have to help each other out hen we can. I miss all of Nam's help. Anyone know why he stopped posting?
