ifishli
How long before coated type candy (mm, pmm, skittles etc.) goes stale? Assuming normal room temp, humidity, no sunlight.
bacho
I've had candy last at least 5 months in a slow location before it started cracking. I tried a few pieces and it didn't taste stale but I wasn't going to risk the chance of another month. On the other hand I had product go stale in three months. It all depends on the envirnment of the location.
SabreHawk
I've wondered that myself. If you are just placing a machine how high should you fill it?
sweetstop
Watch the MMP they will go long before the others, anything thats peanut related. As for the fill height I dont go more than 1/2 way and just check it after a couple weeks. too low and you will turn people off and too high and your tying up money in inventory
BondoFox
I've wondered that myself. If you are just placing a machine how high should you fill it? Fill it about halfway. You want to give the impression that the machine has been getting business; most people will assume the machine was filled completely and if the believe it's been vending then they're more likely to buy from it.
