boldandmodern
Hey folks I have a question for placing a snack machine in an outside covered area. Is there a different type of front that I can get other than glass? Mostly for safety & security reasons.
Technivend
Some manufacturers make a lexan panel that will bolt on the front of your machine over your existing glass for additional security. This will not make the machine an outdoor machine in its own right though, just a higher security machine. There are glassfront machines that are UL approved for outdoor use. Poplady1
We would go to our local glass repair shop. They will cut a plexiglass front that replaces the glass too. Just take them the measurements. We always used plexi on any machine going in Hotels, Apartments, etc for safety. It was fairly reasonable too. boldandmodern
Ya lexan or plexi should work. Just wanted to see if there was anything else out there. Thanks for the input...
mission vending
Lexan will hold up better over time. Plexi will get brittle and yellow faster.
