Need information on route

Checking this route out and want to run it by the board:

39 vend 111 machines 19 on route making 200 month

15 ready to be put on route rest are parts

Asking price $3000 CASH no financing.

Run dont walk they seem to be some crappy locations.  Im sure thats why they are selling, bet they have 5,000 in to it.  Your same 3000 can buy 6 five way racks and do 150 each=900mo.

if 19 are only producing 200$ per month I would pass on this unless he would move on the price.

Here is my business plan for this rt. if I buy it:

1. The 15 machines not on route get them cleaned up and placed FIRST

2. Start looking at ones on route and move them if needed

3.The Best locations look at putting in some better machines.

Seller would not come off of the $3000.00

If the seller won't negotiate, forget it. In buying used vending machines and routes there are offers every day of the year. Wait for a better deal, be patient.
