5-10 bucks a month is low.dont pull the machine untill you have a potential better location otherwise it`ll make 0 in your garage.

I agree, and I disagree. a machine that is not moving any product, is probably going to cost you money in the long run, with blown up pmm's or hard HT's, or whatever. the locations I have that are poor performers, i keep very little product in.....

It's a tough call; $5-10/ mo is a dud. For me it is too un-productive to leave duds in the field; too depressing to service; I change the service interval to 60-70 days and the candy goes stale; I change the candy and lose money even more. Its a bad investment IMO; take your lumps, pull it and find a better loc.

Change to toys and go 60-70 days.  Toys don't go stale.

Do what I do and most other vendors, replace it with product that will not go stale, or if it does its a few years. I put runts, rascals, bones, tab gum, skittles, and other hard candies in machines that do not perform very well. I change the service cycle to 100 days. This is all dependent on your supply of machines, like me for example I have a ton of spare machines so I figure it will make me more placed than sitting in the warehouse. Now if you are all out of machines then hit the pavement and find something that will potentially do much better.

Hey,

Where do you buy your rascals, bones, tab gum, etc.?  If from Sams do you have to pay shipping since they do not carry it at Sams club?

Steve

I just bought a box of the Rascals.  (Need to ask the front desk if they can get the Runts for me.)  Anyway I bought it online at the Sam's Club website, and it was shipped to my house (ok, apartment,) and the shipping was included.

But the shipping took a little while.

This is the only thing I have had them ship to me, so I can't say if anything else is going to cost for shipping.
