Michaeljp86
The florescent light bulb is missing in my machine, I was wondering if it would be worth going with a LED? Ive never seen a snack machine with a LED light.
mxer518
I have a bunch of them that have the LED lights and let me tell you they really make the machine a lot more modern looking and flashy.

mission vending
Agreed, vendors exchange is a good place to get them. They do improve the look of the machine, it's worth upgrading machines as old lights burn out.
Michaeljp86
I never thought about making the machine look newer, that would help with the price if I decide to sell it. I think Ill get a LED for it,.

Michaeljp86
Are they bright enough? Thats what I was worried about. Ive seen the LED to convert a pop machine to light the panel. Ive got a vendors echange catolog, Ill look them up.
IVEND11
Bright real bright. Every new machine will have leds in them within the next year. I only but crane vending machines. All of the new machine have leds in them. The new snack has two tubes of led light down the sides and you talk about bright. The only thing I have seen is if the machine is in a warm room enough to make the candy soft the lights will help keep it warm in the machine. The kits from vendors ex are not enough light to add heat but its enough light to set off the machine
Michaeljp86
I didnt see any in the VE catalog, I was in a hurry so maybe I missed it. I thought I seen them in there before. If the candy gets warm maybe adding a vent fan would help to keep the temp down inside.
