What are some specs on the location, what type of location is is blue collar, white collar, annual sales figures from the set of machines, any issues with either of the machines, commissions paid, and how long has the account been established..

Good! Am am starting to ask the right questions. :)

These questions have been shot off to the seller. I was curious about the machines themselves as of now.  If it comes back that this route pulls $500.00 net then I don't need to ask anything else.  ;D

I just don have an eye for the machines themselves yet. (except the PA machines... I can spot those now.)

I was looking at those - right now I am trying to find routes with weekend/evening access - limited on how much I can do during normal business hours (gotta keep the day job)

I have 1 snack & 1 soda on loc now - they're grossing about $100/wk combined, not sure if that is good or bad.  Need to pick up a couple more so I can be more efficient with inventory.

Did you ever hear if the route down on West Valley (asking $4800) sold or not?

I was emailing back and forth, but think I asked too many questions for her. :) She made it sound like it was down in Auburn, near 18.  I was asking about the flood zone in Kent. She probably thought I was nuts!

She said she would be in touch. And I know what than means. :)

Got a respone....

No commissions, no contract, location happy w/ machines, and hopes they stay through the sale.

In terms of figures. A whole lot of non-information. She says they're "not big business people" and get about 100 bucks a month out of the machine. (So 1200 gross a year.. + or -).

She has admitted to not servicing as much as they should, so there is the upside potential, but that's all it is. Potential. And 3,000 sounds like a lot for something that MIGHT make 1200 a year. Shoot. That location would have been nice and convenient for me too! :)

**EDIT** From a follow up email... $100.00 (give or take) is the NET / month for the 2 machines in one white collar office building.

that's a high price tag for the machines shown with the numbers that were provided for sales. I wouldn't pay a nickle over 1500 and that's still on the high side. From the looks of the machines they would not fetch any more than maybe 1200 if sold off, if they will not move on the price be patient and I am sure they will soon when they get no bites at 3k...

Those machines do not have any real street value on their own. It is a NV145 (no longer supported by NV) and an old Dixie single price of some sort. If the income of this location does not warrant the asking price, run. The machines should not enter into the equation on this one.
