tooldini
Thats what I was think I will have to see how it goes when I drop it off Tuesday. Hope it is a good one cause I think School is going and winter is coming so I think sales will drop. I am starting at a bad time of year I think. Jax Snacks
Generally speaking, candy usually does not do well in a restaurant. People's bellies are full and they don't want another snack right away. Sometimes the staff will buy candy, but they usually drop off as they get tired of it. Toys, superballs and gumballs can do extremely well in family restaurants. If you can only do one machine, then do the hoops with gumballs. If the gumballs are slow, then swap them for superballs. If you can get the 2nd machine in, then only put one candy in (MP or Skittles) plus a toy and superballs. I have experienced this many times in restaurants and only do one candy as a courtesy to the staff members that requested it. Jax

zanygames
Hi, What's a good place to buy the shoot n hoops from? Also what's a good deal on these? I have been watching ebay and craigslist but so far have not found any. Thanks, Steve
lurtsman
Hoops are rare. I got a deal for 3 of them for 314.50 total (new). I felt that was pretty good at about 105 per machine. very high quality, low maintenance, good profit margin. I've seen them go for 200$ for one machine. tooldini
They usually go for 150.00+ on ebay and craigslist. there are two on craigs right now. 1 could probably be gotten cheap cause it needs locks or something
tooldini
My wife suggested I just talk to him on were he wants the machine then just bring in the shootin hoops. If he questions I will explain I feel it will do well and it if he insists on the candy I will have it in the truck. I think that will work fine. tooldini
Put the shootin hoops in there and the manager thought it was great. It is right in the entry/exit way so you have to walk past it to leave or come in. Very low crime area so I am not so worried plus someone is always able to watch it. Very busy restaurant and no other machines. Not alot of room for another but may be able to just figured I will wait a little bit to see how this one does. tooldini
Well it gets pretty busy and I have the only machine there. I haven't looked yet but I know it has been used since I have dubble bubbles that seems to flake so I see the colored flakes down on the game field. Hopefully it will do well and I can possible upgrade to rack
