New to vending

Hello

I am brand new to vending; I am on the process of looking to buy an existing vending route in greater Atlanta area. I see many people (in Craig list) are selling their business here.  I realize that I have lots of things to learn. This forum seems a great place to learn.  Thanks everyone

About me: MBA + I have been working in corporate America for 15+ years.  I don’t have a job for the past year and I have decided to own a small business rather waste time chasing a job that does not exist. I am excited to work on my own terms

Being a newbie, I appreciate any advice/suggestions from you veterans here in this forum.

Welcome aboard.  I am also fairly new, having started in late September, after lots of research.

My advice is to go slow, learn as much as you can, and try as much as possible to let the business build itself.  (Advice I am still having trouble following myself.)

This is a business you can ease into with a minimum of initial investment, and be able to learn if the business is for you or not before investing too much money or time.  Also figuring out the problems with a few machines is better then learning the solutions after servicing hundreds of machines.

And avoid the Biz-Ops.

Good luck.
