No one answers the phone at TJ King any more!!  I have left numerous messages for Carlos and he has not returned a call - and he has always been very prompt in the past.  Their customer service usually has been good to me.  Just wondering if they lost most of their staff or are simply going under??  Anyone else contacted them recently?

They call me from time to time, but I never buy from them.  I think it was carlos who keeps calling me.  The last time he called me was last week.

Thanks Jim.  No need for a PM since I am not that upset - just confused.    I do think that they have had a staff reduction.  I also had good service from Carlos in the past and he is probably now swamped due to the cut in staff.  They have always been a secondary supplier for me anyhow.  Let me know if you find anything out when you visit.  They simply lost the sale to another supplier.  I am very reasonable and don't always expect a return call immediately, but I did leave two messages and none were returned.  Just let them know I tried to call them but TNT eventually got the order.
