I have left numerous messages for Carlos and he has not returned a call - and he has always been very prompt in the past. Their customer service usually has been good to me. I also had good service from Carlos in the past and he is probably now swamped due to the cut in staff. They have always been a secondary supplier for me anyhow. Let me know if you find anything out when you visit. They simply lost the sale to another supplier. I am very reasonable and don't always expect a return call immediately, but I did leave two messages and none were returned. Just let them know I tried to call them but TNT eventually got the order.
