dperry
I ask this, because in my latest service cycle, I've had 2 locations sell out of gumballs. This is not normal for these locations by any means. Yes, I can see them selling out if I left them long enough, but I've never let them go longer than 90 days before, and there's always been product in them when I serviced. This time they were completely empty.

Jax Snacks
People tend to suffer from "holiday preoccupation stress" in Nov and Dec. Then they usually have a post holiday "hangover" in January. Both seem to have a negative effect on vending sales. But come February, things get back to normal and people's vending habits tends to increase. May sound crazy, but that is what I experience every year. Like clock work, the money just magically reappears in February for me. That's why I can't wait for the holidays and the year to end! But at least there is football to help ease the pain during that period! Jax

dperry
I've certainly witnessed the holiday downturn and the spring upturn, but this is not like anything I've seen before. These two accounts I've mentioned are ones I've had for years, so I know what their performance was like last year and the year before.
bacho
My sales for this February are up quite a bit per location compared to last year also. Things are starting to look better. But on a side note, I lost some good locations and it's getting harder to find those kind of places. Too many businesses closing.

agrantha
The good thing about now is that locations you have now should be strong locations because the only people in business now are the smart people. In saying this, "If you are in business now you are a smart business person".
