Sams and Double Bubble redux

Ok, I said I would never buy DB from sams again, but I was in a bind and I needed some gumballs.  So I went to Sams, and picked up a case.  First thing I noticed was that the case was blue instead of green.  I'm assuming it's Concord's way of telling where the case came from when it gets returned.  Anyway, I tried one and I was pleasantly surprised that it looked good, had good texture and it actually tasted better than the Bubble King gum I was previously using.

Has anybody else had any similar experiences?

My last four cases were the blue box. Just had some flaking near the bottom of the box. That's a vast improvement from the green boxes which were always cracked and had big chunks broken off.
